If your cat has a habit of going potty in the middle of the night, you might want to consider investing in the best litter box for messy cats. Not only will it save you a lot of time, it can also save you money. These days most people think that if their cat uses a box, then it has to be in a dirty place. The truth is, most cats prefer to use the boxes they feel most comfortable in. One thing you can do to keep your high sides clean is to train your cat not to use them as their only bathroom. This may take a little patience, but it is well worth the effort.

High sided litter boxes are great – because they offer the cat an entry point that is dry and safe. You do not have to worry about your cat being exposed to a moist or even a wet entry point. When you use a box that is made of wood, plastic, or metal, you run the risk of your cat getting its paws stuck in the box and being unable to get out. If you choose to use a box made of any material other than the ones mentioned above, you will find that your cat will not use it because it is slippery and they will develop a nasty habit of trying to climb up and down the sides to escape.

If you want to make your litter box smell better – there are two ways to go about this. One way is to simply place some catnip scented powder inside the box. Another method is to place a few bowls of water in the box and let the cat drink from them. Both of these methods have odors that are contained within them and so are safe for your pet.

Having a litter box with a lid helps catch litter particles before they become too much. Unfortunately, they do not always stay clean. The tray may collect dust and other debris and then the particles spill out onto the floor. To prevent this from happening, place the lid on the litter box periodically. This can also help catch any clumps of waste.

Litter scooping is another thing – that helps to solve problems of a litter box containing mess. The scoop can be moved around to reach the corners of the box. The scoop can be replaced regularly. This helps prevent the odors and bacteria that are associated with bacteria and odors. It can also be replaced as the cat ages and its hooves get bigger.

These are the issues – that most owners will face when they try to keep their cat from using the box. The issue of finding a box that keeps the mess and odor to a minimum is not always as simple as the people that write on the box. If you want a litter tray that contains your pet’s favorite things, you might need to go with the top entry litter boxes.

These boxes are very handy because you can keep the box near the top of the wall. It keeps the box off the floor and away from any other elements that might cause the odor and mess.
