When it comes to obedience training for Huskies, many owners come to discover Husky training problems. One of the most common ones is how to train a Husky not to jump on people. The recall command is especially important for Husky training, or else you could lose your dear pet in the middle of a park. This is a natural impulse that Huskies just love to do and as soon as you tell them “no” they’ll jump right on you!

There are a couple of ways you can train your Husky not to jump on people – One way is to use electronic collars to produce a static correction whenever your Husky starts to jump. You set up the collar to have a negative response sound when your Husky pulls on the leash, and he learns not to pull. The other way is to train your Husky not to pull by teaching him to perform the command “pull”.

Most of the time training methods are pretty much – the same between Huskies and people. They use positive reinforcement to get your pet to do what you want. This means that you should repeat an action over again to reinforce it. A lot of people find it more effective to teach their Huskies the verbal commands instead of the actual pulling commands. However, both work pretty well.

For instance, to train your Husky not to leap on guests – at your home start training him to do “come” before he enters any room. Praise him when he does it. Your pet will learn that doing that gets him positive reinforcement-based training for Huskies. This in turn will stop him from jumping on guests when you aren’t around, and it will also get him out of people’s hair if they are guests at your house and he’s jumping all over them.

Another good how to train a husky to pull a bike lesson is to use a clicker – Once your Husky has learned to respond to the clicking noise every time he performs the correct behavior, you can start using the clicker as a positive reinforcer for Huskies. Your dog learns that when he hears that clicking noise every time he does something right, he must do that behavior again.

You can train your husky puppy to go potty outside – by using the simple process of getting him used to wearing his leash. All you need to do is take a short section of leash and tie it to his collar, and then practice letting him off the leash to go potty. You can take him out several times a day to do this, and soon your pup will go to bed with you. This is a great way to bond with your new puppy, and it makes a good habit for your pup to have.

By using these simple tips on how to train a husky puppy to pull a bike, you and your pet will have many happy years to share together.
